Geron and Leanne Van Essen stopped by Star, Idaho~
on their way to Dordt College in Iowa.
Geron spent 5 days with us before the wedding in Texas.
She was a BIG help, and it was like having another daughter.
Kimber and Geron were Emily's florist ~
they did an excellent job with the flowers.
She got home on Sunday afternoon, and then Wednesday, the 20th,
they began their road trip to Iowa.
She is starting her senior year of college like Emily.
Geron hopes to teach Middle School students~
She is graduating in Elementary Education.

We are actually downloading wedding pictures to Geron's new laptop.
Leanne and Geron surprised me with a plant from Van Essen Nursery!This is a dwarf Buddleia Lo & Behold~
and can you believe Geron suggested a purple plant to her mom!!!
She has gotten to know me well!
They arrived Wednesday evening, 7:30 pm
and we all left Thursday morning at 7 am...
I went to work and they headed toward Yellowstone Park.

I'm glad you posted these pics and story. Nice to see Leanne and they did a good job on the plant for you. I hope it "blooms where it is planted" as we all should do as God's kids wherever He plants us.
